Access Control Specialist

Graham Technologies is seeking an Access Control Specialist to support its customers' enterprise Security Management System (SMS)-to include badging, CCTV, alarms, ensuring operational readiness, access administration, and stakeholder support.

Location : St. Louis, MO

Key Responsibilities :

• Operate and support SMS (badging / CCTV / alarms); add / remove facility access; maintain real-time data accuracy.
• Troubleshoot and track software / hardware issues; conduct audits and inventories.
• Serve as ISSO / ISSM support for SMS functions; perform risk assessments for AIS, networks, and media.
• Lead special projects (badge redesigns, mass updates, re-badging).
• Coordinate site-operator meetings; produce minutes and follow-ups; brief customers.
• Maintain security plans, as-built drawings, and required documentation; assist investigations.
• Liaise with DoD / IC counterparts; support WSC / Help Desk

Required Skills :

Active TS / SCI with CI Poly

Minimum of 3 years operating enterprise access control / alarm / CCTV systems.

Strong Microsoft Office / Excel skills, including complex formulas and data-driven briefings.

Preferred Skills :

C-Cure

SFPC; CompTIA A+ / Network+ / Security+ (or similar).
