Material Handler - 1st Shift

Join a dynamic team in a warehouse environment with 20 employees, 10 of whom work on the first shift. This facility is pivotal in distributing parts for trucks requiring after-market repairs or supplies for manufacturing facilities. Your primary responsibilities will include picking parts with an RF scanner at heights up to 20 feet or on the ground with a push cart. The role involves handling items weighing an average of 40 lbs, with occasional team lifts for items up to 80 lbs.

Responsibilities :

• Pick and handle materials using an RF scanner.
• Operate at heights up to 20 feet when necessary.
• Collaborate with team members to package, unload trucks, and put parts away.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and assist in inventory management.
• Ensure reliability and attendance to support the small team effectively.

Work Environment :

Work in a warehouse setting with racking reaching heights of 16-20 feet. The facility operates on two shifts, with the 1st shift running from 7am-3pm, Monday through Friday. Enjoy a collaborative work environment where teamwork and flexibility are key.

This is a permanent position based out of Appleton, WI.

Pay and Benefits :

The pay range for this position is $20.61 - $22.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
