Insurance Licensing Administrator

A company is looking for a Licensing Administrator.

Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain trusted relationships with customers while delivering agreed services

Support customers using AgentSync products to solve their challenges efficiently

Collaborate with internal teams to communicate customer needs and feedback for product improvement

Required Qualifications

3+ years of customer-facing experience in insurance licensing or compliance

2+ years in product / customer support or technical account management

Experience with licensing processes, including obtaining and renewing licenses

Proficient in Salesforce configuration and administration; progress towards Salesforce Admin Certification is a plus

Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
