This position offers the opportunity to work remotely. However, candidates must reside in the Eastern or Central Time Zones (EST / CST) to ensure alignment with team collaboration and business hours. Preference will be given to candidates based near White Plains, NY, to support occasional in-person meetings or on-site collaboration at our corporate office.

The Senior FP&A Analyst will report to the Director of FP&A and will support core FP&A functions. This role will be a part of a fast-paced, results-driven environment that fosters employee growth and career development.

Responsibilities include :

• Creating and updating financial analysis reports and models (Full P&L)
• Own and maintain an executive dashboard of key performance indicators (KPIs) for internal leaders and external investors
• Own month-end activities related to close, variance analysis, consolidation and forecasting
• Collaborate with business partners and FP&A teams to develop regular financial forecasts
• Perform peer analysis, benchmark Ivy vs competitors and present this data to key leaders
• Automate and improve processes and analytics to support a scaling business
• End-to-end ownership of ad-hoc analytics, projects, and requests from Finance leadership
