Gpac has partnered with a well-established and growing public accounting firm in Gaithersburg, MD is seeking an Audit Senior who is ready to take on leadership in engagements, client communication, and mentorship. With continued expansion and a full pipeline heading into the next busy season, this is the final open role needed to complete the firm's growth plan making this a high-impact, visible opportunity.

What You'll Do

• Lead audit, review, and compilation engagements
• Manage engagement timelines, budgets, and staffing
• Apply strong knowledge of GAAP, GAAS, SSARS and quality management standards
• Identify and resolve technical and operational issues
• Perform technical research as needed
• Build trusted client relationships through exceptional service
• Train, coach, and mentor staff supporting ongoing career development
• Engage in firm, industry, networking, or volunteer initiatives
