Job Description :

Education Bachelor’s degree or Masters in social work..

Experience At least one year of actual work experience in a hospital setting or an ongoing plan for consultation between the social worker and a qualified social worker must be developed.

Must have knowledge of community resources to meet post discharge clinical and social needs.

Technical Skills

License / Certification : Currently licensed by the Nevada State Board of Examiners for Social Workers (LSW)

Other Must be able to demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care / service appropriate to the age of the patients served on the assigned unit / department.
