PURPOSE :

We are seeking a Quality Engineer to join our growing electrical transformer manufacturing team. This role will play a key part in establishing our quality systems, documenting processes, and creating detailed work instructions to ensure consistent product quality and compliance with industry standards. The ideal candidate is hands-on, detail-oriented, and excited to contribute to building a high-performing quality culture from the ground up.

DUTIES :

• Develop, implement, and maintain quality processes, procedures, and documentation aligned with ISO and company standards.
• Create work instructions, process flow diagrams, and inspection checklists for production operations.
• Collaborate with engineering, production, and operations teams to ensure processes are efficient, repeatable, and compliant.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) for nonconformances.
• Support first article inspections (FAI), in-process audits, evaluations, and feedback.
• Monitor and analyze key quality metrics to identify trends and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support training efforts for operations and technicians on new or updated work instructions and quality procedures.
• Assist in maintaining calibration records, inspection tools, and documentation control systems.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and company policies.
