Job Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain Windows operating system workstations and servers, including web servers.
• Perform software installations and upgrades in accordance with IT policies.
• Monitor and tune systems to achieve optimal performance.
• Ensure data integrity and recoverability through backup and archive operations.
• Develop and promote standard operating procedures for system administration.
• Conduct routine hardware and software audits to ensure compliance with standards.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of hardware and software configurations.
• Support system accreditation and authorization processes as required.
