System Administrator

Koniag IT Systems, LLC (KITS), a Koniag Government Services company, is seeking an experienced System Administrator with a Secret Clearance to support KITS and our government customer in Huntsville, AL. This position is onsite with the customer.

Essential Functions, Responsibilities & Duties may include, but are not limited to :

• Responsible for the installation, configuration, maintenance, and security of AMC's system, application, server, network, and desktop infrastructure.
• Ensure system uptime, performance, and data integrity.
• Managing user accounts and access permissions; monitoring system performance and troubleshooting issues; applying security patches and updates; performing backups and restores; automating routine tasks; documenting system configurations; and collaborating with other IT teams to support business operations.
• Responsibilities extend to both on-premises and cloud environments.
