Senior Project Manager (Mid Sized General Contractor)

Location : Greenville SC

I'm partnered with a mid sized general contractor in Greenville who are looking to bring on a Senior Project Manager to lead commercial ground up projects across the Upstate. This is a growing business with a strong pipeline, a supportive leadership team and a clear progression route toward VP level for the right person.

What You'll Be Doing

• Lead commercial ground up projects from preconstruction through closeout
• Manage schedules, budgets, subcontractors, RFIs and overall project delivery
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients ensuring first class communication
• Work closely with superintendents to drive quality, safety and efficient field operations
• Support estimating decisions, buyouts and project strategy
• Maintain Procore and project documentation to the highest standard
• Mentor junior project staff and help strengthen internal processes as the company scales
