Patient Service Representative- Family Medicine & Pediatrics at Winchester Square
Central Ohio Primary Care Physicians is seeking a full-time Patient Service Representative for our Family Medicine & Pediatrics at Winchester Square in Canal Winchester, OH. Schedule is Monday 7 : 45am-5pm, Tues / Friday 7 : 45am-4pm, Wed / Thurs 6 : 45am-4pm. Full time, benefit eligible.
Duties / Responsibilities :
- Checking patients in and out
- Verifying patient demographics and insurance
- Collecting Co-pays
- Scanning / Indexing
- Answering phones and directing to the proper office
- Scheduling of patients
- Documenting in Electronic Medical Records
- Opening and closing the office
- Other duties as assigned
