Web & SEO Expert

Part of the Intuit Brand organization, the Web and SEO team is responsible for driving brand awareness, familiarity, and business growth to elevate Intuit as a platform brand. This team is a center of excellence, serving as a strategic partner to stakeholders across the company to create world-class digital experiences and connect customers to our ecosystem of products through our web properties.

We are looking for a talented web & SEO expert to join our team. In this role, you will be a key leader responsible for developing and executing integrated web and SEO strategies that drive measurable growth in organic traffic, user engagement, and conversion. You will own critical projects and use your deep expertise to optimize our web presence, ensuring it is a powerful engine for both brand building and customer acquisition.

Responsibilities

  • Integrated Web & SEO Strategy : Develop and execute the web and SEO strategy for Intuit's core brand properties to drive organic growth, user engagement, and conversions.
  • SEO & Content Excellence : Drive our organic search and content strategy throughout our web properties. You will partner with our agency and internal team to translate long-term vision into an actionable roadmap, owning key functions like keyword research and competitive analysis to guide execution. You'll also champion SEO best practices by mentoring stakeholders and establishing repeatable systems to elevate our content quality.
  • Website Management & Optimization : Drive the strategy and execution of major web development projects, partnering with agencies and internal teams. You will own the creation of scalable web components and develop a roadmap that balances brand storytelling with performance and UX. You'll also enforce web best practices and mentor team members to ensure a high standard of quality from concept to launch.
  • Technical SEO & Site Health : Lead technical SEO and GEO audits to identify and resolve issues related to site speed, crawlability, and indexation. You will partner closely with engineering teams to prioritize and implement technical enhancements, ensuring our web properties remain scalable and fully optimized for search.
  • Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) : Develop the A / B testing and personalization roadmap to optimize conversion funnels and enhance the user experience across our web properties.
  • Analytics & Reporting : Define and manage KPIs for web and SEO / GEO initiatives. You will build and maintain dashboards to track performance, mentor stakeholders on data analysis, and deliver clear, data-driven recommendations to senior leadership that will shape future strategy.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership : Act as a subject matter expert, building strong partnerships with teams like marketing, design, and engineering to execute complex, high-impact initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Experience : 8+ years in digital marketing, with at least 5 years of hands-on experience in SEO and website management for large-scale websites. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience is required.
  • SEO Expertise : Proven track record of developing and executing successful SEO strategies that drive significant organic traffic growth. Deep expertise in all facets of SEO (on-page, technical, off-page) is essential.
  • Web & Project Management : Experience managing website content and projects through a CMS (e.g., WordPress, Adobe Experience Manager) and a proven track record of collaborating with agency partners to drive projects to completion.
  • Technical Skills : Proficiency with HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript for troubleshooting and on-page optimizations.
  • Analytics & CRO : Excellent analytical skills with deep experience in core SEO and web analytics tools (e.g., Google / Adobe Analytics, GSC, SEMrush, Ahrefs). A strong understanding of CRO principles and experience with A / B testing platforms (e.g., Optimizely) is also required.
  • Modern Marketing Acumen : Demonstrated ability to utilize AI-powered tools and platforms to streamline web marketing workflows and drive efficiency.
  • Leadership & Communication : Exceptional communication and project management skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay for performance rewards approach. This position will be eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards and benefits, in accordance with our applicable plans and programs. Pay offered is based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and work location. The expected base pay range for this position is :

    Northern California (Bay Area) : $128,000 - $173,000
