They’re seeking an experienced civil engineer to work as a Project Manager in their Boston office. The job responsibilities include site planning, engineering, design, and permitting of residential, commercial, and industrial developments in Massachusetts and the Northeast.
As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading and supporting projects of all sizes, from concept to completion.
You will act as a trusted advisor to clients, mentor the staff, and support business development by delivering quality work.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Site design, planning, grading and drainage, utility, and stormwater.
- Be responsible for preparing and reviewing project approaches, scopes, and fees.
- Assist with the development of strategic initiatives for growth throughout New England and beyond.
- Advocate for clients at planning board meetings and through community engagement.
- The role involves managing the scope, schedule, and budget for projects.
KNOWLEDGE & SKILL REQUIREMENTS
- BS or graduate degree in Civil Engineering,
- With approximately 8 or more years of experience in Civil Engineering / Site Design
- Experience navigating complex zoning and permitting requirements.
- Possess strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.
- Adept at project management and oversight and the ability to mentor junior staff.
- Ability to be a trusted client advocate.
