Service Advisor Duties
As the first point of contact for service customers, you will use active listening to engage and understand the customer's vehicle issues and concerns providing outstanding customer service. Once the problem is clearly understood, you will create a repair order that communicates those vehicle needs clearly to the technician. Once the technician has evaluated and provided information on what the vehicle needs, it will be your role to clearly communicate those vehicle diagnoses and maintenance needs to customer and sell the needed work. You will also need to follow up on vehicles throughout the repair process, keeping the client updated. Of course, all Sunset employees are required to provide excellent customer service and interact with customers, vendors, and technicians in a professional manner at all times.
