This position is ideal for a proactive, tech-savvy individual who thrives on solving integration challenges and has hands-on experience with tools like Zapier, Asana, Slack, and Tableau.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain robust and secure APIs that connect internal systems and third-party platforms.
• Develop automated workflows using tools like Zapier, Asana, and Slack to streamline operations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather integration requirements and implement scalable solutions.
• Ensure accurate, real-time data flow between systems such as Tableau, CRMs, and internal databases.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to API performance, data integrity, and workflow failures.
• Create and maintain detailed technical documentation including API usage, architecture diagrams, and process workflows.
• Work closely with data teams to support data visualization and reporting efforts using Tableau.
• Implement best practices in API security, data privacy, and integration reliability.
• Perform additional tasks and cross-functional support as assigned.
