Robert Half is partnering with an exceptional law firm in Altamonte Springs, Florida seeking a Medical Malpractice Presuit Paralegal . This is a remote role after 30 days , but local candidates only will be considered.

Key Responsibilities :

• Draft correspondence, pleadings, and discovery requests / responses
• Communicate directly with clients
• Review medical records and prepare detailed medical chronologies
• Prepare non-party record subpoenas in compliance with state and federal regulations
• E-file documents in both state and federal courts
• Locate and coordinate with expert witnesses
• Assist in preparing cases for witness interviews, depositions, mediations, and trial
• Accurately report billable time in accordance with client guidelines (timekeeper role)
