Job Description

Manage subcontractors and field personnel

Manage schedules

QA / QC

Meet with clients, architects, and the design team

Ensure projects stay within labor budget

Attend OAC meetings

Travel around metro Indy

Create 3-6 week look ahead

The Successful Applicant

15 years of experience (maximum)

Experience as a lead super on projects from $20- $50M

Ground up and renovation experience

Tech savvy

Scheduling experience (3-6 week look ahead)

Understands critical path forward

Bachelor in Construction Management or similar (highly desirable)

MEP experience (highly desirable)

Experience in occupied spaces

Base salary ($110,000 - $130,000) dependent on experience
