Description

Mickey Keenan, P.A. is boutique personal injury law firm fighting for people injured in automobile accidents. We are seeking to hire a Case Manager Assistant to support the pre-litigation Case Managers. Job duties include the following, but are not limited to :

Handle all requests for medical records, billing ledgers and liens from providers including follow ups
Request PIP logs from insurance companies
Process all mail and faxes
Pay invoices related to medical records requests
Other administrative requests from Case Managers

Requirements

Qualifications

Monday-Friday in person at our Tampa office

High School Diploma required

1+ years of experience in pre-suit personal injury case management is strongly preferred and familiarity with civil litigation

Working knowledge of Florida automobile insurance

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Cloud Based Practice Management Software

Critical thinking, professionalism

Ability to multi-task, prioritize and work efficiently in a challenging legal environment

Excellent Communication skills

Attention to detail and tenacity to follow up on requests by the assigned due date is necessary

Benefits

Benefits are eligible to full time employees only after 90 days of employment, with exception to 401K (see eligibility requirements)

Salary Description

$17-$20 / per hour
