Job descriptionBachelor's degree in Business related discipline or 2 additional years' experience may be accepted in lieu of degree Consumer good Product creation experience preferred Team player / Collaborative across diverse stake holders Strong information seeking and problem-solving skills Ability to identify opportunities to improve productivity Business acumen to learn new business processes and understand operations Ability to adjust priorities in an ambiguous environment and manage time wisely in a fast-paced environment Strong verbal and written communication skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Analytical, creative, and innovative approaches to solving problems independently in ambiguous situations with limited direction Documentation skills Proficient in Excel (formulas, macros, linking, data mining) SmartSheets / Airtable Data visualization (Tableau) Proficient in SQL Data mining and analyses

Job Description :
- Data analysis and preparing recommendations; includes creation of new reports / data visualization by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information
- Communicating results and recommendations; building compelling tools and communication to support recommendations and communicate to cross functional teams
- Facilitating roadmap creation and initiative approach and sequencing
- Initiating a project plan and facilitating the tactical execution of the plan
- Create, execute and monitor KPI's
