Payment Operations Manager

Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly experienced Manager of Payments Operations to execute our payments strategy and manage payment operations within our online gaming platforms. This role is responsible for overseeing the payments funds processes, optimizing performance, and ensuring we deliver excellent customer experience. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of digital payments and the evolving landscape in the online gaming sector.

Key Responsibilities :

• Oversee all payment operations functions, including deposits, withdrawals, funding, and refunds, ensuring operational efficiency and compliance with payment network regulatory requirements.
• Work cross-functionally with Compliance, Product, and Technology teams to develop and implement best-in-class payment processes.
• Analyze payment performance metrics, identify opportunities to improve approval rates, reduce payment friction, and optimize costs.
• Manage relationships with payment service providers, acquirers, and financial institutions to ensure seamless transaction processing and cost optimization.
• Drive process automation and system enhancements to improve efficiency and scalability.
• Ensure full compliance with local and international payment network regulations, anti-money laundering (AML) laws, and data security requirements.
• Stay ahead of industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging payment technologies to maintain a competitive edge.

The salary range for this position is $83,702.00 - $136,786.00 USD, which is dependent on a several factors including relevant experience, geography, business needs and market demand. This role may offer the following benefits : medical, vision, and dental insurance; life insurance; disability insurance; a 401(k)-matching program; among other employee benefits. This role may also be eligible for short-term or long-term incentive compensation, including, but not limited to, cash bonuses. This role includes paid Personal Time Off and paid company holidays.
