Healthcare & Commercial Superintendent

Location : Los Angeles, CA

Summary :

The Superintendent oversees on-site construction operations for healthcare and commercial projects, ensuring safety, quality, and schedule adherence. This role manages field activities, subcontractors, and coordination with owners, architects, and engineers to deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead daily on-site operations from mobilization to closeout.
• Coordinate subcontractors, trades, vendors, and inspections.
• Enforce safety, quality, and compliance (OSHA, ICRA, NFPA, CA codes).
• Manage schedules, materials, and logistics for active healthcare / commercial sites.
• Communicate with project managers, design teams, and clients to resolve field issues.
• Maintain documentation : daily logs, change orders, and punch lists.
• Supervise assistant superintendents and field crews.
