Experience and Skills :

Previous consulting experience supporting local state or federal clients.

Proven track record in program management including planning execution and monitoring of large-scale initiatives.

Prior experience working on large-scale public IT projects (preferred).

Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis reporting and presentation development.

Familiarity with Smartsheet for project tracking and collaboration (preferred).

Strong facilitation skills with experience leading conversations and workshops with senior client leaders (e.g. Deputy CIO Program Directors etc.).

Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive alignment across cross-functional teams.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to synthesize complex information into actionable insights.

Intended Outcomes :

Updating and maintaining comprehensive program management framework including tools templates and processes tailored to the clients need

Facilitating and maintaining critical program management processes such as Risks & Issues management Change control management etc.

Supporting the client in navigating complex decision-making processes ensuring alignment across stakeholders and adherence to timelines.
