Job Description
Summary : The Senior Accountant of Financial Reporting and Technical Accounting is primarily responsible for preparing and filing quarterly, annual, and other financial reports with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) in addition to providing support to research and provide guidance with respect to complex technical accounting matters in support of the Manager and Director of Technical accounting. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial reporting and technical accounting, including 3+ years of experience in a Big Four accounting firm. This role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to work independently, and the ability to handle special projects as assigned, such as technical accounting research.

EDUCATION and / or EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree from four-year College or university; two to four years related experience and / or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
This job has no supervisory responsibilities.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
CPA certificate preferred.
