Senior Facilities Asset Manager
The Senior Facilities Asset Manager (Sr. FAM) is responsible for facilitating, coordinating and providing oversight of maintenance services performed on building operating systems and equipment as assigned throughout the Central Passenger Terminal Complex, while supervising assigned Facilities Asset Managers. The Sr. FAM is responsible for ensuring all operations and maintenance tasks are performed for building operating systems and equipment in accordance with AATC policies, procedures, and processes. The Sr. FAM is the point of contact for parties internal and external to AATC in addressing facility maintenance issues with facility maintenance service providers and outside contractors.
Responsibilities include :
- Providing leadership and guidance to Facilities Asset Managers assigned to them to include scheduling, work assignments, training, and oversight of their day-to-day activities.
- Supporting AATCs Asset Management Policy by assisting with contingency planning activities.
- Ensuring the Asset Management Registry for their assigned facilities are kept accurate.
- Understanding routine and non-routine troubleshooting, installation, repair, and maintenance work.
- Performing all assigned work to ensure the safe and continuous operation of all building systems and equipment.
- Making periodic site inspections and evaluations.
- Ensuring full compliance with environmental permits, applicable government regulations, and corporate policies.
- Handling a varied workload and multiple priorities while working as a team with co-workers.
- Performing quality assurance of completed proactive maintenance inspections.
- Conducting follow-up inspections of corrective actions.
- Providing small project support and / or supervision of work based on departmental needs.
- Demonstrating full and current knowledge of all OSHA Safety requirements.
- Providing input for planning, development, and utilization of the annual department budget.
- Contributing input for special projects and bid solicitation processes.
- Representing the company with professionalism and a commitment to quality.
- Assisting in snow and ice clearing operations.
- Providing after-hours emergency coverage.
- Performing all other duties as assigned by leadership.
Qualifications and requirements include :
Must possess 2+ years of AATC Facilities Maintenance experience and a bachelors degree in a related field, or documented 5+ years of experience in maintenance in lieu of a college degree.OSHA 30 hour certified (must obtain certification within 6 months).Possess a working knowledge of principles, laws, regulations, and accepted practices governing personnel control and administration, building system maintenance repair and renewal, contract administration, and governmental codes regarding building practices.Familiarity with various testing devices and power tools related to the mechanical trades for determining safe and appropriate use.Familiarity with safety rules, regulations, and guidelines including NFPA, NETA, OSHA, ADA, and EPA compliance codes.Highly skilled in MS Office (particularly Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint).Able to work a flexible schedule (nights, weekends, and holidays). Available for on call.Must be able to pass requirements for approval for an ATL badge with customs seal. This includes a 10-year background search by fingerprint analysis.Success characteristics include :

Commercial MEP system design, installation, and life-cycle maintenance.Industrial Equipment Instrumentation and Process Controls.Facilities Management Certifications, including Certified Facility Manager (CFM), Facilities Management Professional (FMP), and Facilities Management Certification (FMC) or Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) / BOMI certifications.This position is in Atlanta, GA.
