Job descriptionStrategic Leadership : Guiding our team to transform senior living. Financial Management : Overseeing budgets and ensuring high-quality care. Team Development : Supervising and mentoring department heads (Culinary, Nursing, Environmental Services, etc.). Resident Focus : Fostering a fun, resident-centered environment prioritizing well-being. Innovation : Implementing programs that directly impact residents' lives. Culture Building : Promoting professionalism and compassion. Strong commitment to compassionate hospitality in elder care. Proven ability to manage budgets and P&L. Exceptional leadership and relationship-building skills. Sound business acumen and a positive attitude. Excellent communication, organizational, and negotiation skills. Initiative, creativity, strong judgment, and professional ethics. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to analyze financial data. Calm demeanor under pressure. Salary : $100k-$110k based on experience. Bonus : Eligible for quarterly bonuses! Location : On-site in Plymouth, Minnesota . Impact : Make a lasting difference in senior care. Executive Director - Broadwell Senior Living (The Waters)

Qualifications :
- Current licensure as a Licensed Assisted Living Director in the state of Minnesota , or the ability to obtain it.
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare, hospitality, finance, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant leadership experience in a customer-focused industry.
- Previous experience in senior services
