What Were Looking For

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Jr. Global Logistics Specialist to join our Supply Chain team. In this entry-level role, you will support the coordination and execution of international and domestic shipments, ensuring goods move efficiently, cost-effectively, and in compliance with all regulations. This is a great opportunity for someone eager to start a career in logistics and gain hands-on experience in global supply chain operations.

To Summarize, You Will

• Support documentation processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with customs and trade regulations
• Track shipments and update internal systems with delivery status and any delays
• Communicate with freight forwarders, carriers, and vendors to ensure on-time delivery
• Help resolve logistics issues and escalate problems when necessary
• Monitor and maintain records related to shipments, invoices, and compliance documents
• Partner with internal teams (Warehouse, Customer Service, Merchandising, etc.) to support smooth logistics operations
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiency
• Assist with coordinating import and export shipments, including air, ocean, and ground transportation
