Venteon Finance is currently seeking a STAFF / PROPERTY ACCOUNTANT for a growing and stable real estate client in Oakland County, MI.

REQUIREMENTS of the Staff Accountant

Bachelor s degree in accounting
1+ years of Accounting experience
Real Estate / Property Accounting experience

RESPONSIBILITIES of the Staff Accountant

Complete monthly, quarterly and annual financial statement preparation including necessary accruals, CAM reconciliations and fixed asset accounting

Reconcile bank accounts monthly

Assist Controller and Property Managers on annual property budget preparation

Prepare annual CAM estimates and reconciliations for respective properties and assist with presentation to tenants

Maintain rent roll for accuracy and add / delete tenants as appropriate

Maintain all escrow accounts requesting reimbursements as often as possible

Other duties and projects as assigned
