We're seeking a Manager of Agent Product Management a player-coach who can lead a team of Associate Product Managers (APMs) while staying hands-on with product delivery. You'll oversee a group of 5+ high-performing APMs, set standards for excellence, and scale new operational frameworks across enterprise customers.

This position sits at the intersection of product strategy, customer delivery, and organizational design ideal for someone with experience in Strategy & Operations, Group Product Management, or Consulting Leadership, who has managed teams and driven execution in complex environments.

You'll mentor APMs as they develop intelligent agents for key enterprise clients, influence product direction through customer insight, and help shape how the function scales across the business.

What You'll Do

• Lead and coach a team of 5+ APMs building enterprise-grade AI agents.
• Drive execution across complex customer accounts, helping APMs navigate executive stakeholders, enterprise roadmaps, and AI adoption strategies.
• Establish operational and quality standards, ensuring consistent delivery, documentation, iteration, and internal best practices.
• Partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and GTM leadership to translate customer insights into roadmap direction.
• Act as a strategic voice on accounts occasionally stepping in to unblock critical builds, shape product roadmaps, or support executive discussions.
