Key Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a team of developers, architects, project managers, and analysts

Interface with multiple IT teams and business stakeholders to resolve complex issues

Identify opportunities for innovation and optimization within the Credit Services portfolio

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree

5+ years of leadership experience on global ERP implementations

Knowledge of Credit Services business processes and data analytics

Experience with cloud-based applications and Software as a Service

Experience with all phases of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile practices
