QA / QC Specialist-Transmission

Position Summary :   We are seeking a detail-oriented QA / QC Specialist to support the development and review of transmission utility line work packages. This role focuses on ensuring compliance with technical quality standards, regulatory requirements, and project specifications. The ideal candidate will work closely with project managers, engineers, and field teams to validate work package accuracy and consistency across multiple transmission projects.

Essential Functions :

• Review and verify transmission line work packages for accuracy, completeness, and adherence to QA / QC standards.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and utility-specific technical requirements.
• Coordinate with project managers and field teams to clarify discrepancies, update documentation, and track revisions.
• Maintain and organize work package documentation, ensuring version control and accessibility.
• Assist in audits and inspections, providing administrative support for QA / QC processes.
• Support process improvements to enhance work package quality and efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and streamline workflows.
