Responsibilities :
- Respond promptly to water damage emergencies and on-call rotations.
- Conduct thorough assessments to identify damage sources and evaluate intrusion extent.
- Implement water mitigation techniques using specialized equipment for efficient drying.
- Utilize MICA software for documenting procedures, actions, and equipment usage.
- Collaborate with team members, insurance reps, and clients for effective mitigation plans.
- Ensure accurate documentation with a detail-oriented mindset.
- Liaise with insurance company representatives for smooth communication and project updates.
- Adhere to industry best practices, safety protocols, and guidelines for secure projects.
- Assist in post-mitigation cleaning and restoration tasks for original condition restoration.
