Material Compliance Manager

A company is looking for a Material Compliance Manager to oversee the materials review process for assigned business units and products.

Key Responsibilities

Leads MAC process improvement efforts and provides guidance to cross-functional team members

Anticipates process issues and offers solutions for special circumstance reviews related to product launches and regulatory actions

Builds and maintains relationships with project sponsors, reviewers, and compliance leads while ensuring adherence to compliance guidelines

Required Qualifications

Doctorate degree OR Master's degree with 2 years of relevant experience OR Bachelor's degree with 4 years of relevant experience OR Associate's degree with 8 years of relevant experience OR High school diploma / GED with 10 years of relevant experience

Experience in negotiation, persuasion, collaboration, and analytical judgment

Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously

Strong understanding of process development and improvement

Experience in supervising staff and client management
