Estamos buscando un / a Human Resources Generalist!
Te apasiona la gestión integral del talento humano y el desarrollo organizacional Esta posición es para ti.
Perfil requerido :
Profesional en Psicología Administración Contaduría o afines con énfasis en gestión humana.
Experiencia mínima de 2 a 3 años en procesos operativos de recursos humanos.
Deseable experiencia en empresas del sector servicios construcción o paisajismo .
Conocimientos y habilidades :
- Legislación laboral colombiana.
- Procesos de nómina seguridad social y gestión disciplinaria.
- Herramientas digitales (Google Suite QuickBooks) y uso de IA para gestión documental.
- Inglés intermedio (deseable).
