Account Executive (m / f / d)

About the role :

As an Account Executive at everphone you will be part of a motivated and supportive team that finds and wins new business opportunities for the company.

The Device-as-a-Service market has seen and will continue to drive tremendous growth over the coming years. DaaS will transform the way business is conducted and spearhead the digitization of the workforce.

As Sales Representative of everphone you will have the chance to be part of these new developments and actively shape the future!

Responsibilities :

  • The Account Executive is responsible for generating sales of everphone's solutions, is accountable for the sales goals and objectives to help everphone meet the companys financial objectives
  • This is an inside sales position focused on driving new business and revenue for everphone and encompasses the full sales cycle, from cold calls to product pitches to close
  • Qualified candidates will be comfortable and experienced in self-prospecting, cold-calling, and selling over the phone - with a genuine drive and passion for finding new business
  • Meets or exceeds the order intake target associated with the assigned accounts
  • Responsible for the entire process of building pipeline, including lead generation, discovery, qualification and closing
  • Participation in the everphone Sales Excellence Training and Coaching Program, a comprehensive training and coaching system that includes regular pipeline reviews, role playing, side-by-sides, and daily communication with the sales manager
  • Communicates clearly and effectively with management regarding risks and upsides
  • Engages executives and other key stakeholders to develop new account opportunities (i.e. prospecting)
  • Creates a business solution consisting of services, software, and hardware that uniquely addresses the prospects needs
  • Performs sales demos / product pitches and negotiates deals
  • Responsiveness to customer issues and management of escalations and critical deliverables
  • Minimizes customer attrition through high quality customer support / relationships
  • Upkeep of relevant information in the CRM system Hubspot

Qualifications :

  • Must have strong prospecting and closing skills
  • The ability to learn fast about the IT industry and selling in the IT field in general
  • Must demonstrate strong pipeline management skills
  • Must demonstrate strong organizational, time management, and communication skills
  • Must demonstrate dynamic interpersonal communication skills and the ability to deal effectively with company personnel and clients
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
  • Eagerness to learn and master a sales model designed and proven to generate net new business
  • Minimum of 1 year sales experience required
  • Associate's degree in a business related field required, Bachelor's degree preferred
