Payroll Lead

A company is looking for a Payroll Lead to join their Finance team and manage payroll compliance for employees across the U.S.

Key Responsibilities :

Develop and streamline internal payroll and employee reimbursement processes for enhanced efficiency and compliance

Lead payroll initiatives and collaborate with external vendors to ensure seamless operations

Conduct payroll processing, resolve discrepancies, maintain payroll records, and ensure compliance with laws and regulations

Required Qualifications :

5-7 years of payroll experience in the U.S. with complex payroll management across multiple states

Comprehensive understanding of payroll regulations, tax laws, and labor legislation

Proficiency with ADP WFN and advanced skills in Excel / Google Sheets

CPP certification is highly regarded

Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion
