Develop and implement quality assurance processes to meet industry and regulatory standards.

Monitor and analyze production processes to ensure consistent quality and efficiency.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality issues promptly.

Conduct internal audits and prepare detailed quality reports for management.

Train and mentor staff on quality standards and best practices.

Oversee compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations.

Work closely with suppliers to ensure the quality of raw materials and components.

Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and operational efficiency.

A successful Confidential Quality Manager should have :

Competitive salary range of $90000 - $130000 USD annually.
