Field Service Manager
Job Description :
- Directs and oversees field services activities within the organization.
- Ensures all field service projects are completed within budget / deadline to meet customers' needs.
- Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
- A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
- Supervises non-exempt and exempt staff.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED :
Education :
Bachelor of Science in Engineering or a related field
Required Experience :
10+ years of related experience
Required Technical Skills :
Demonstrated experience with field support for electro-mechanical, optical character recognition (OCR), automated material handling, and broadband communication systems required
Required Skills and Abilities :
- Demostrated experience overseeing field services activities within an organization
- Demostrated experience all ensuring all field service projects are completed within budget / deadline to meet customers' needs
- Proficient communication and problem solving skills
- Proficient leadership skills
Security Clearance Level :
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust security clearance and successfully pass a thorough Government background screening process requiring the completion of detailed forms and fingerprinting
- The security clearance for this program requires the selected candidate to have resided in the US for the past five years.
The selected candidate cannot have left the country for longer than 90 consecutive days and no more than 180 cumulative days.

The likely salary range for this position is $106,250 - $143,750. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary.
Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
