Key Responsibilities :

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical roles within the organization.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and define recruitment strategies.
• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates using multiple channels (LinkedIn, job portals, networking, referrals, etc.).
• Drive interview coordination and candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Maintain recruitment data and workflows within Workday or similar ATS platforms.
• Ensure compliance with company and client hiring policies and standards.
