KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Lead the implementation of standard programs, implementing the best protocols in custodial, grounds, and plant operations maintenance, setting the benchmark for excellence.
- Drive initiatives to install programs tailored to lead assigned units, demonstrating a proactive approach.
- Champion the training of account personnel, imparting proper cleaning techniques, grounds and maintenance procedures, and encouraging a culture of safety.
- Coordinate the operations, implementation, and development of quality assurance (QA) programs, computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS), monthly reports, and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR).
- Cultivate strong client relationships by collaborating with clients and their staff, providing clear project status reports, and ensuring the alignment of our services with customer needs.
- Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets, exercising prudent fiscal management while delivering excellence within project constraints.
- Provide comprehensive reports on project achievements, adapting schedules as needed to ensure project success.
- Embrace flexibility and take on additional duties as assigned, contributing to the overall success.
QUALIFICATIONS :
- Preferred Bachelor’s Degree
- 1-3 years of experience in custodial, maintenance, or grounds, showcasing your foundational expertise.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, vital for effective collaboration and client engagement.
- Consistent record of defining and implementing change strategies, driving innovation and progress.
- Demonstrated capacity to balance priorities within a project, coupled with a positive, can-do demeanor that encourages the team.
- Strong organizational skills enabling you to lead multiple projects simultaneously with ease.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record, ensuring safe operation of company vehicles in accordance with traffic laws and conditions.
