Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable Specialist

Job Description :

• Process vendor invoices, ensuring proper coding, approvals, and timely payment
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies or billing issues
• Maintain accurate records of all payables and support month-end close activities
• Prepare and process check runs, ACH payments, and wire transfers
• Monitor aging reports and follow up on overdue accounts
• Resolve billing discrepancies and respond to customer inquiries
• Assist in collections efforts and escalate issues as needed

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $28.00 / hr.
