Senior Accounting Analyst
GEE Group is looking for a Senior Accounting Analyst to join a leading manufacturing company dedicated to excellence and innovation.
Reporting to the Controller, you'll collaborate closely with business leaders, support financial operations, and drive performance analysis initiatives.
Key Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with business leaders to understand financial impacts and educate departments on cost drivers.
- Support journal entries, reconciliations, month-end processes, and special projects.
- Assist in implementing financial systems and preparing reports on projects and assets.
- Contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and audit preparation.
- Provide ad-hoc analysis to support company performance.
- Ensure accuracy in invoicing and inventory reconciliation.
- Maintain confidentiality and adapt to changing demands.
Minimum Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing environment
- 5+ years of financial analysis experience.
- Knowledge and ability to do Cost Accounting
- SAP proficiency

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, ERP systems, and financial principles.
- Strong problem-solving and prioritization skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to change.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical abilities.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
