About The Position

🚨 OB / GYN Hospitalist MD / DO – Full-Time | Columbus, OH, 43213 📍

Join a dynamic academic team delivering top-tier obstetrical & gynecologic care across multiple hospital sites!

Are you an experienced OB / GYN Hospitalist passionate about resident education and managing high-risk pregnancies? We’re seeking two full-time, board-certified or board-eligible OB / GYN physicians to provide comprehensive inpatient care in a collaborative, team-based setting throughout Columbus, Ohio.

What You’ll Do :

Provide 12-hour in-house coverage across three hospital campuses (rotating sites daily) ⏰

Staff and supervise residents on Labor & Delivery units, serving as the in-house OB hospitalist 👩‍⚕️👨‍⚕️

Manage complex, high-risk pregnancies and perform advanced obstetrical surgeries including hysterectomies 🔬

Perform gynecologic surgeries and manage clinic patients

Lead resident education through clinical supervision and didactic sessions 📚

Collaborate with Graduate Medical Education teams to continuously enhance curricula

Participate in weekend rotations and holiday coverage within a scheduled rotation system 🎉

Requirements :

✅ Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics & Gynecology (2+ years preferred; new grads considered)

✅ Ohio medical license (or willing to obtain)

✅ Clean malpractice and license history

✅ DEA license (or able to obtain)

✅ Willingness to rotate between all three hospital sites

❌ No visa sponsorship (J1 / H1B)

❌ No locum, locum-to-perm, or 1099 candidates

Compensation & Benefits :

💰 Starting salary : $300,000 with guaranteed 5% annual increases

🎉 Sign-on bonus : $35,000–$40,000 (negotiable)
