Career Growth: Significant opportunities for professional growth and advancement, with expansion across two growing locations Comprehensive Benefits: 100 percent paid dental, medical, and vision insurance provided by the firm Work Life Balance: Fridays off in May, June, and July, plus an extensive PTO package Financial Security: 401k plan with up to 4 percent employer match Flexible Work Arrangements: Hybrid or remote flexibility designed to support work life integration Job Details Key Responsibilities Prepare and review complex individual, partnership, S corporation, and trusts/estate returns Manage multiple client engagements from planning through completion, ensuring accuracy and timeliness Serve as a primary point of contact for assigned clients, responding to tax related questions and providing proactive guidance Research federal, state, and local tax issues and provide clear, well supported recommendations Assist with tax planning strategies and identify opportunities to minimize client tax liabilities Review work prepared by junior staff and provide coaching and feedback to support their development Collaborate with managers and partners on client deliverables and workflow management during busy seasons Stay current on tax law changes and apply updates appropriately across engagements Qualifications 3+ years of recent public accounting tax experience Strong experience preparing and reviewing tax returns across multiple entity types CPA license preferred or actively pursuing Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines Excellent communication skills and client service mindset Jobot is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
