The salary range for this position is at $59,000 - 78,000. We take into consideration an individual’s background and experience in determining salary; therefore, base pay offered may vary considerably depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The compensation package includes a wide range of other benefits and earned time off that vary depending on part-time or full-time status.

Job Summary

The Digital Experience Designer is responsible for designing and delivering creative assets and user-centered digital experiences that strengthen our brand across both physical and digital channels. This role sits at the intersection of marketing design and UI / UX design, balancing bold, campaign-driven visuals with intuitive, accessible digital interfaces. Partner with marketing, communications, and digital teams to produce high-quality creative assets, develop user-friendly web experiences, and ensure consistency of brand execution across all channels.

Essential Functions

Marketing & Brand Design

• Design impactful creative assets for print, digital advertising, social media, billboards, and other out-of-home marketing channels.
• Translate brand guidelines into fresh, engaging creative concepts that connect with diverse audiences.
• Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to bring integrated campaigns to life.
• Prepare press-ready print files and complete ad packages for external distribution.
• Support storytelling through photography, illustration, and graphic design.

This position reports to the Associate Vice President of Digital Marketing & Platforms who reports directly to the Senior Vice President of Strategy and Marketing and works closely with the Marketing, Communications, and Digital Product teams. The incumbent collaborates with developers, content creators, and external vendors to ensure successful execution of campaigns and digital initiatives.
