MMI is looking to hire skilled Industrial Services Foreman (Millwright) who has a minimum of 5 years of relevant field experience as an Industrial Services Foreman and able to demonstrate a strong understanding of site safety, project scope and scheduling. Must possess communication skills and be able to effectively use all communication tools made available to him / her. A MMI foreman is a trainer and coach, he should have strong skills with hand tools, power tools, a welder, torch, man lifts, crane signaling, rigging and so on and the ability to teach those skills to crew members. Construction and or maintenance experience with an interest in working with manufacturing and process plants, aggregate (sand and gravel), piping, mining, agricultural facilities, and more. Most of our work is in the Phoenix metro area with some travel required for those interested in out of state travel.  Must be able to pass a drug test.
