How You Will Contribute

The Risk Placement Specialist will be responsible for a wide range of tasks that are critical to the agency's success. Your contributions will include :

• New & Renewal Business : Taking ownership of the entire marketing process for new and renewal accounts, from preparing comprehensive submissions to managing them through to binding.
• Negotiating & Placing : Sourcing and negotiating with insurance carriers to secure the best pricing and coverage for clients.
• Carrier Relationships : Building and maintaining strong relationships with a diverse network of insurance carriers to understand their products and appetites.
• Workflow Management : Ensuring all submissions are handled efficiently and adhere to the agency's quality control standards and deadlines.
• Internal Collaboration : Working closely with producers and account managers to facilitate a smooth and effective placement process.
• Documentation : Meticulously documenting all marketing activities and organizing carrier materials and company files.
