Healthcare Project Delivery Manager

A company is looking for a Product Delivery Manager specializing in Healthcare, particularly in Medicaid and Medicare.

Key Responsibilities

Drive end-to-end delivery of high-impact healthcare projects modernizing systems for Medicaid, Medicare, and commercial payer operations

Ensure solutions adhere to CMS, HIPAA, and state-specific compliance frameworks while maintaining operational efficiency

Act as a strategic advisor to healthcare clients, guiding them through digital transformation journeys to enhance care quality

Required Qualifications

7-15 years of experience in consulting, program management, or product delivery within the healthcare technology or payer / provider space

Strong understanding of U.S. healthcare operations, including Medicaid / Medicare, managed care, and claims administration

Proven ability to lead large-scale healthcare transformation projects with cross-functional teams

Expertise in navigating federal and state healthcare regulations, including CMS compliance and HIPAA

Experience working with EHR / EMR, data integration, and analytics solutions is highly desirable
