Sr. Manager Sap Operations

Job Title : Sr. Manager SAP Operations

We are looking for a Sr. Manager SAP Operations to join our team. This is a key role responsible for overseeing the strategic management of SAP operations within our organization. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in SAP systems, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record of driving operational excellence.

Responsibilities :

Lead and manage the SAP operations team to ensure the smooth execution of all SAP-related projects and processes.
Develop and implement strategies for the continuous improvement of SAP systems and processes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align SAP initiatives with business objectives.
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and internal policies related to SAP operations.
Provide mentorship and leadership to the SAP operations team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.

Qualifications :

Bachelors degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field; Masters degree preferred.

Minimum of 10 years of experience in SAP operations, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.

Proven experience in leading and managing large-scale SAP projects and teams.

Strong understanding of SAP modules, including but not limited to FI, CO, MM, and SD.

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
