Key Responsibilities
- Answering phone calls and directing them to the appropriate personnel.
- Managing and organizing files, both electronic and hard copy.
- Entering data into computer systems and maintaining accurate records.
- Preparing and printing documents, reports, and correspondence as needed.
- Assisting with scheduling appointments and meetings for staff members.
- Handling incoming and outgoing mail and packages efficiently.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
