We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Office Clerk to join our dynamic team. As an Office Clerk, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of our office by performing a variety of administrative tasks. This position requires someone who is not only organized but also has a strong ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answering phone calls and directing them to the appropriate personnel.
  • Managing and organizing files, both electronic and hard copy.
  • Entering data into computer systems and maintaining accurate records.
  • Preparing and printing documents, reports, and correspondence as needed.
  • Assisting with scheduling appointments and meetings for staff members.
  • Handling incoming and outgoing mail and packages efficiently.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certification is a plus.
  • Proven experience as an office clerk or in a similar administrative role.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.
