Commercial & Industrial (C&I) Loan Officer - Healthcare Focus Location : Dallas, TX - UT Southwestern Medical Center Area | Full-Time

A well-capitalized, growth-oriented community bank is seeking a seasoned C&I Loan Officer to expand our presence in the UT Southwestern Medical Center corridor. This role is ideal for a relationship-driven lender with a proven track record of originating and managing commercial loans to hospitals, physician groups, clinics, and healthcare-related businesses .

What You’ll Do :

• Develop and manage a portfolio of C&I clients, with a focus on the healthcare sector
• Build relationships with hospitals, private practices, surgery centers, and medical service providers
• Structure and negotiate complex credit facilities, including working capital lines, equipment loans, and real estate-secured debt
• Collaborate with credit, operations, and executive teams to ensure quality, compliance, and customer satisfaction
• Represent the bank at industry events and within local healthcare networks
